All the yarn, which had been worked through the ‘Peacemakers’ loom during the summer of 2014, was cast off and then raised to the highest point of the sanctuary of Renfield St. Stephen’s Church, Glasgow. This vast stretch of yarn was a visual reminder of all those who had waited, knitted, listened and prayed at the ‘Peacemakers’ loom. The title, ‘On the Third Day’, referred to the day of Jesus’s resurrection.
